Returns
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 90 days from the date of purchase to return the product for a refund.

To initiate a return:

Request a Return Authorization (RMA) – Contact us at support to obtain approval and receive an RMA.
Include the RMA with Your Return – Write the return authorization number on your package.
Ship the Product Back – Send the item to the address provided, at your own cost, within 14 days of receiving the RMA. After shipping, email us with the tracking number and RMA for tracking purposes.
Ensure the Product is in Good Condition – The item must not be broken or damaged. Include all original accessories.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:

Gift cards
Downloadable software
Health and personal care products
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Do not send your return to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds
In some cases, only a partial refund may be granted:

Books with visible signs of use
Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
Items returned more than 90 days after purchase
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

Check your bank account.
Contact your credit card company (it may take time for processing).
Reach out to your bank for updates.
If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund, email us at support.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same product, email [email protected] for further instructions. Exchanges must be requested within 90 days of delivery.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once we receive your return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order sent to themselves first, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
